Since its release the Chevrolet Cruze has been nothing short of impressive on various fronts: fuel economy, low cost, overall value, and of course safety (one of the big selling points of the Cruze’s launch was its 10 standard airbags). But for 2013 the Cruze has introduced a new “flexible-venting airbag” technology, once again upping the ante on safety (a fact confirmed by the NHTSA via the 3^rd consecutive 5-star safety rating.

You may recall our announcement for or your own use of our activEngage live chat/instant message program, which allows you to - as the term “instant message” implies - send us messages in real time, a la AIM, MSN Messenger, or similar chatting tools. But what you probably are not aware of is how stellar the relationship between Handy Chevrolet/handycars and activEngage has become. During an account manager shift (due to my current advisor’s predecessor having got a promotion) I was jokingly emailing Shanel (our new representative) that she had big shoes to fill. I went on to express my satisfaction with the product as well as how reliable activEngage is as a product and group of workers, and was quickly asked to fill out a questionnaire as a “success story” for activEnage to share with other clients. As you might have surmised, I think highly of the Florida gang and I gladly obliged, and here is a little article the gang at activEngage wrote about yours truly.

But if you’re at all in tune with the Handy Chevrolet blog, the Chevrolet Motors brand, or the Camaro namesake, you know it’s all too real: it’s the engine and power behind Chevrolet’s all new Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 super car, a car that Motor Trend calls “a generation ahead of its rival [the Ford Mustang Boss 302]¹.” And both super car and ahead of its time it is, but now it’s got another credential to tout: Men’s Journal’s “Gear of the Year.”
